This two-day class covers the operation, programming and maintenance of the ITW Ransburg DynaFlow Metering System. Students will program, calibrate and run a DynaFlow unit in class. All fluid panel components will also be removed and rebuilt in class. Different simulated operation problems will be presented and solved by the student.

Fundamentals of Electrostatics

Description
This two-day class presents the Basics of atomization, electrostatics, paints, safety and equipment operation. Finishing problems and solutions will also be covered. Students will have the opportunity to observe an electrostatic applicator in operation. Students will also become familiar with operating various pieces of test equipment.

This two-day class offers a hands-on painting experience with the No. 2 Gun. Students will learn about paint and part preparation as well as grounding and safety. Different finishing problems and solutions will be presented. Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair will also be covered.
